John St. John
John St. John has thrived in Country Radio from programming his first small
market station in
Alabama back in the 70’s all the way to winning CMA Major Market Station of the
Year in Denver, Colorado.
Now he can say that as a Classic Country Program Director, “I played almost
every song on our playlist as
both a current and a classic.”
Classic Hit Country welcomes him as our new Operations Manager.

Marty Montell
Marty Montell 's fireplace mantle holds a Marconi
“Station-of-the-Year“ award.
His experience includes such stations as WKYC, Cleveland, WLEE, Richmond,
and powerhouse WWVA in Wheeling, WV. In Denver, he worked at former
Country outlet KLZ and award-winning KYGO. His first job was at an Ohio
station so small that the transmitter/ studios were in a cow pasture.
With an open-door policy due
to no summertime air conditioning,
very friendly cows would sometimes
poke their heads into the studio
and moo right in the middle of the
latest news. Talk about Country Radio!

Jack Edwards
Jack Edwards has played Country Music in our
Denver studios since 1997. He is a veteran
of several important stations, including powerhouses KLZ and KXKL, Denver where
he did
afternoon drive. He first played Country in the 1980s at WFTE, Lafayette, IN.
His “nearly
famous” overnight radio show is his pride and joy.

Dave West
Dave West, a Texas native, worked at several stations across
The Lone Star State
including mornings/PD at KYKR in Beaumont and KNFM in Midland.
Dave worked at 38-state blowtorch KOA, Denver.
Dave 's hobbies include mountain climbing and
skydiving. His biggest thrill: flying with the Navy's Blue Angels -
"Going near the speed of sound is something you can't really describe
other than awesome!", says Dave. However, he keeps his feet solidly on
the ground musically every night on Classic Hit Country.

John Malone
John Malone was a programmer and air talent at the legendary
WSM-AM, the home of The Grand Ole Opry.
He was also host and producer in Nashville for the Music Country Radio Network.
John had major success
as AM Drive host at WRSA, Huntsville and worked with the Alabama Music Hall of
Fame, where he has
served on the awards show committee.
